Cancellation policy

• Up to 5 days before arrival (check-in): Guests can cancel their booking free of charge and receive a full refund.
• Less than 5 days before arrival: If you cancel within 5 days of check-in, the entire booking amount will be retained.
• No-show: In case of non-arrival without prior cancellation, there is no right to a refund.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.
